Age Requirements for Admissions
- 3 year old PreK: 3 years of age by September 1
- 4 year old PreK: 4 years of age by September 1
- Kindergarten: 5 years of age by September 1
- 1st Grade: 6 years of age by September 1
Registration Process
1. Contact the school office to arrange a personal tour. During your visit you will receive a tour of the facilities, observe classes in session, as well as discuss the school's philosophy, and curriculum.
2. Complete the registration form online and email the birth certificate, the baptismal certificate if baptized (not required to be baptized), and a completed State of Illinois Health Form showing all completed immunizations dated within a year of school starting. Email a PDF or photo of these documents to l.bromer@saintalphonsus.com at registration. New students in grades K-8 must also provide a recent Dental Examination and Vision Examination by the first day of school.
Please pay the registration fee of $300 per family in the school office.
Early Bird Registration Fee Discount of $50 applies for new families if paid before March 1!
Students registering for the first time in Preschool must be potty trained.
Payments of tuition start in July or August depending on the payment plan. Once payments have started, the first month of tuition is non-refundable if a student withdraws from school.
